    • Makes trade-off decisions, ensures continued adherence to upstream strategy, consistency of value chain
    • Accountable for division upstream Buy For Less across SEA

CS Online Picker

Online Retail Assistant

Responsibilities:
  • Picking of goods ordered by Online customers.
  • Prepare the picked orders on the staging area.
  • Packing of picked goods in a secure manner according to SOP
  • Dispatch correct orders to logistic partners according to SOP.
  • Collects goods from other store branch (up to 10kg of workload is involved occasionally)
  • Ensure that the work station is always clean and supplies are always replenished
  • Providing customer service to online customers.
  • Housekeeping
  • Any ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned as and when required

    Purpose:
  1. Ensure orders by Online customers are picked, packed and dispatched in an accurate and timely fashion.
  2. Provide assistance to the Online order processing team to ensure customer satisfaction.
