Category Support Executive:

Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinate and assist in implementing and executing all action plans to achieve category sales, profit and income goal and objectives.
  • Assist in producing and maintenance of monthly category performance for analysis purpose.
  • Assist in producing reports for range review.
  • Co-ordinate and assist to conduct regular competitors’ price survey and regular maintenance of competitor’s advertised pricing.
  • Assist in the timely and accurate maintenance of promotions download
  • Co-ordinate and assist in the preparation of the weekly bulletin, internal business meetings and new product announcements
  • Co-ordinate and assist in the stock rotation in the warehouse to ensure stocks are regularly sent out to the stores.
  • Follow up with suppliers to ensure ordering cycle is smooth and complete.
  • Follow up with the Supply planning team to ensure all Gin-in process is smooth and complete.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of documents for System maintenance
Requirements:
  • GCE “A” levels / Diploma / Degree in retail, business, marketing or hospitality
  • Preferably 2 year(s) or more of working experience in the related retail field
  • Experience in customer centred industry and holds relevant merchandising, marketing and entrepreneurial skills will be an added advantage
  • Able to work independently in a fast paced, competitive environment

Category Manager/Executive (Fresh/Grocery/GMS)

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for assigned categories
  • Establish collaborative retailer/supplier relationships
  • Develop, implement and manage an optimum product mix that focuses on customers' needs
  • Develop and implement promotional plans
Requirements:
  • Recognized Degree/Diploma
  • 3 years' experience in operations or merchandising preferably in a retail environment
  • Analytical, marketing and good communication skills
 
 

Space Management Support Executive

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and ensure strong linkage between category management strategy for the Merchandise department and implementation of that strategy within the stores.
  • Implement Merchandise plans at the stores through use of effective communication, planning, scheduling, analyses and reviews.
  • Ensure smooth implementation of Merchandise plans acting as coach and resource to the operations’ team members.
  • Monitor the achievement of required policies and display benchmarks through carrying out in-store audits.
  • Analyze and address operations factors affecting space management such as low stocks, team members’ competencies, competitors’ offerings.
  • Evaluate individual category profitability at retail level and work with Store Managers to maximize profits through effective shrink and inventory management.
  • Assist Merchandise or Operations team in any new business improvement projects related to space management.
Requirements:
  • GCE “A” levels / Diploma / Degree in retail, business, marketing or hospitality
  • Knowledge of Planogram or Autocad skills is an added advantage
  • Preferably with experience in category management
  • Analytical, planning, and project management skills
  • Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills

Logistics

Logistic Assistant

Responsibilities:
  • To manage a team of shop-floor operational staff, and handle merchandising and housekeeping of department(s) assigned
  • To attain high level of customer service and ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards
  • To achieve sales target and gross profit, as well as manage shrinkage
Requirements:
  • Fresh Diploma holders with strong interest in retail business OR GCE 'A' level and above with at least 2 to 3 years supervisory experience in retail
  • Relevant experience in the service/retail industry preferred.
  • Must be customer-oriented
  • Must be prepared to work shift and weekends/public holidays

Business Improvement Executive

Responsibilities:
  • Consolidate and review key metrics on a daily basis
  • Utilise sales trend data and perform consistent data analysis, couple with consulting with internal customers (e.g. Operation, Marketing, etc) to develop analyses that lead to actionable insights that ensure profitability and stability of the business
  • Develop strong working relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Collect data from multiple sources including operation, marketing, supply planning and market data to create integrated views that can be used to drive decision making
  • Working with several large and complex SQL databases
  • Designing and building reports and analyses in Excel
  • Designing and building interactive BI tools for easier data visualisation
  • Participate in monitoring KPI’s to identify and implement performance based improvements and new strategic initiatives
  • Assist in creation of monthly management reports and budget/strategy decks
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis on trends and insight on business.
  • Support strategic and tactical decision making as a trusted partner
  • Holding stakeholders accountable and be a champion for data driven insight.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Retail, Business or IT related field
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in business analyst related roles
  • Strong analytical skill and sensitivity to data
  • Strong oral and written communication skill
  • Positive, team-player, energetic attitude and curious minded
  • Entrepreneurial spirit
  • Work well with cross functional teams in a high-pressured environment
  • Experience in constructing business intelligence tools is an added advantage
