Responsibilities

• Handle in a professional manner, all customer queries and complaints and to perform service recovery if necessary
• Manage a team of cashiers, including the recruitment, training and development of this team

Requirements:

• Minimum diploma holders, preferably with 2-5 years of related experience in retail / fast food / hospitality industry
• Strong leadership qualities with analytical and managerial skills
• Excellent people skills and customer service oriented
• Passion for retail

Supermarket Manager
Responsibilities

• Responsible for the operations of a supermarket and work with his/her team to maximise profit, achieve business effectiveness and deliver quality customer service.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years' experience in retailing or fast food
• Strong leadership qualities and managerial skills
• Excellent people skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Sharp business acumen
• Passion for retail

Department Manager (Dry / Fresh Department)
Responsibilities

• To manage a team of shop-floor operational staff, and handle merchandising and housekeeping of department(s) assigned
• To attain high level of customer service and ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards
• To achieve sales target and gross profit, as well as manage shrinkage

Requirements:

• Fresh Diploma holders with strong interest in retail business OR GCE 'A' level and above with at least 2 to 3 years supervisory experience in retail
• Relevant experience in the service/retail industry preferred.
• Must be customer-oriented
• Must be prepared to work shift and weekends/public holidays
